- Penelope Parker – Legal Assistant; Born & raised in Mexico City; obtained her first higher education studies at the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters at UNAM; subsequently obtained her Law Degree, graduating with honors from the Technologic University of Mexico (Licensed to Practice Law in Mexico ONLY at this time); Conducts Civil & Family cases in the entire Mexico Republic – she is registered in the Third Unitary Tribunal in Civil Matters of the First Circuit in Mexico; upon arriving to the United States, Penelope completed coursework in Administration and Small Business Management, taught by the School of Business Administration from Texas Wesleyan University; obtained her Masters of Laws (LL.M.) from Southern Methodist University; Penelope is presently scheduled to take the Texas State Bar exam in July/2025; As an immigrant herself, Penelope understands and recognizes the specific needs of the immigrant community and makes it her priority to fulfill those needs through an effective and personalized service; Registered as a Paralegal with the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
